As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Registered Art Therapist, I work with clients at all ages and stages of life. I take a client-centered approach and follow the needs of each individual depending on whether they prefer talk therapy, art therapy or a combination. Majority of my experience includes working with clients that struggle with anxiety, depression, attachment issues, family conflict, trauma and abuse/neglect. I aim to create a safe space to build trust and empower self growth in my clients. Therapy has been healing in my own life and I hope to provide support for others struggling with their mental health.

I have training and certification in in various therapy techniques including, Internal Family System (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy and Art Therapy techniques.
