Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions are available in person at the office in Santa Fe, NM or virtually for clients that reside in New Mexico or Utah. Techniques offered in these sessions may include EMDR, IFS, TF-CBT and Sand Tray.
Family Therapy
I offer family therapy sessions to parents and children that are needing to strengthen their attachment and relationship. Family therapy is available as weekly/biweekly sessions or offered once a month as part of individual therapy sessions for children and adolescents.
Art Therapy
Art therapy is a powerful modality for people of any age group. I utilize an open studio approach where clients choose their medium/subject matter and an art psychotherapy approach where the art is used as a form of expression relating to specific topics discussed in session.
Payment Options
I currently accept United, Aetna and Cigna insurances. My private pay rate is $140 per session. My sliding scale rates are not available at this time. Please contact me for any further questions!
